Questions contractors ask
How much is a 44 lb box of flake from Pro Surface Supply USA?
$85 for a 44 lb box, before freight. All eight blends are the same price.
Do you sell flake in bulk to contractors?
Yes, by the 44 lb box. Put any number of boxes in one pre-order. Every blend is $85 per box before freight and no volume tiers are published, so ten boxes are 440 lb of flake for $850 before freight.
How do I pre-order from Pro Surface Supply USA?
Add the blends you want to your cart, then submit your pre-order on the pre-order page with your ship-to address. Nothing is charged online. Adam reviews the order, quotes freight and contacts you to confirm.
When do you open, and where do you ship?
Our grand opening is Monday, November 9, 2026, and pre-orders are open now. We ship from Spokane Valley, Washington to anywhere in the U.S. Pre-orders are ready to ship November 15, 2026. Adam quotes freight when he confirms your order; the shipping page explains how.
How much flake do I need for a floor?
A full broadcast of 1/4 in flake typically uses 0.14 to 0.20 lb per sq ft, so one 44 lb box typically covers about 220 to 310 sq ft. Order at the planning rate of 0.20 lb per sq ft, which is 220 sq ft per box: a 450 sq ft two car garage needs 3 boxes ($255 before freight). The flake calculator works it out for your floor. These are typical ranges from published manufacturer guidance, not guarantees, so always follow your resin manufacturer's system guide.
Which chip size do you stock?
1/4 in. It is the only chip size we stock, for every blend.
