Ordering and pre-orders

How do I pre-order flake from Pro Surface Supply USA?

Add the blends you want to your cart, then submit your pre-order on the pre-order page with your name, email, phone and ship-to address. Nothing is charged online. Adam reviews the order, quotes freight and contacts you to confirm.

Do I pay anything when I submit a pre-order?

No. Nothing is charged online, and submitting does not charge you. Adam contacts you to confirm the blends, box counts, freight quote and how payment will be handled.

When does Pro Surface Supply USA open, and when will pre-orders ship?

The grand opening is Monday, November 9, 2026, and pre-orders are open now. Pre-orders are ready to ship November 15, 2026. Adam confirms freight with each order; ask him about delivery timing to your address.

Can I order online or by phone?

Yes, online. Submit a pre-order on the pre-order page; there is no card form and nothing is charged online. No phone line is published yet.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order is published. Prices are per 44 lb box, and the cart starts at one box. If a minimum matters for your job, email Adam to confirm before you order.

Do you offer contractor or volume pricing?

No volume tiers are published. Every blend is $85 per 44 lb box, and you do not need an account to see the price. If you are pricing a large job, email Adam the box count.

Price and boxes

How much does a box of flake cost?

$85 per 44 lb box for any of the eight blends, before freight. Freight is quoted on each order.

Why is your flake box 44 lb?

It is the box size we sell: 44 lb of flake for $85 before freight. Every blend comes in the same box at the same price, so the box count sets your material cost.

Is freight included in the $85 price?

No. The $85 box price is before freight. Adam quotes freight when he confirms your order, from the ship-to address you enter at checkout. See shipping for how freight is quoted.

Coverage

How much extra flake should I order?

Order at the planning rate and round up to whole boxes. For a full broadcast of 1/4 in flake, the planning rate is 0.20 lb per sq ft, the top of the typical range. Running short in the middle of a broadcast is the failure to avoid, because the wet coat will not wait while you find more flake. A spare unopened box can go to the next job if you keep it sealed and dry and use it within a year; the shipping page covers storage.

Blends and colors

Which flake blends do you sell?

Eight blends, all $85 per 44 lb box: Checkmate (PSS-CHK-14), Midnight Granite (PSS-MGR-14), Gun Metal (PSS-GMT-14), Stone Ridge (PSS-STR-14), Coastline (PSS-CST-14), Canyon (PSS-CYN-14), Riptide (PSS-RIP-14) and River Rocks (PSS-RVR-14). Compare them side by side on the blends page.

How do I match a flake color I already install?

Find the color you install in this list, then compare physical chips on a test board before you match an existing floor.

  • Checkmate is comparable in color to Domino (Torginol).
  • Midnight Granite is comparable in color to Nightfall (Torginol).
  • Gun Metal is comparable in color to Wombat (Torginol).
  • Stone Ridge is comparable in color to Gravel (Torginol).
  • Coastline is comparable in color to Shoreline (Torginol).
  • Canyon is comparable in color to Coyote (Torginol).
  • Riptide is comparable in color to Tidal Wave (Torginol).
  • River Rocks is comparable in color to Cabin Fever (Torginol).

We list the reference only so you can match a color. Pro Surface Supply USA is not sponsored or endorsed by Torginol. Each blend page shows the chip colors and their approximate shares.

Which chip size do you stock?

1/4 in. It is the only chip size we stock, for every blend. The flake calculator uses the 1/4 in broadcast rates.

Can I get flake samples before I order?

No sample program is published yet, so email Adam to ask. In the meantime, each blend page lists the chip colors and their approximate shares, which is the quickest way to rule a blend in or out.

Will the color match from box to box?

Mixing the boxes keeps it even. Order every box for a job at the same time, then mix all of them together in a clean container before you broadcast. One flake maker notes that its variegated and marble flake can vary slightly from lot to lot, so ask Adam whether your boxes come from a single lot.

Are your flake blends UV stable for outdoor or sunlit floors?

We do not publish a UV or lightfastness rating for our blends yet. Color fastness varies by blend, and the resin can also yellow in sun. For outdoor or sunlit floors, pair the flake with a UV-stable (aliphatic) topcoat and ask Adam about the blend before you order.

What is your flake made of?

Our blends are professional polymer flake, the decorative chip the trade also calls vinyl or acrylic chip. We have not published a data sheet or composition yet. If a job needs an SDS or a spec sheet, email Adam before you order.

Shipping

Do you ship to my state?

Yes, if it is in the United States. Every order ships from Spokane Valley, Washington to anywhere in the U.S. The shipping page covers how freight is quoted.

How much does freight cost, and how long does delivery take?

Neither is published. Freight is quoted when Adam confirms your order, from the ship-to address you enter at checkout. Ask for the expected delivery window at the same time.

What is your returns policy?

No returns policy is published yet. If it matters to your order, for example whether unopened boxes can come back, email Adam and keep his answer with your order confirmation.

Installation basics

Does your flake work with epoxy and polyaspartic systems?

Pro Surface Supply USA sells flake for broadcast into epoxy and polyaspartic floor systems. Follow your resin maker's system guide for broadcast timing and film thickness, and test any resin you have not used with flake before. For polyurea, urethane or another chemistry, email Adam before you order.

The company

Where is Pro Surface Supply USA based?

Spokane Valley, Washington. The street address is not public yet, so email is the way to reach us for now. More on the about page.

How can I tell Pro Surface Supply USA apart from companies with similar names?

Pro Surface Supply USA is based in Spokane Valley, Washington. Pre-orders go through the pre-order page on this site, and questions go to adam@prosurfacesupplyusa.com. When you search for us, use the full name, Pro Surface Supply USA, and the web address prosurfacesupplyusa.com.

What does comparable mean on your blend pages?

A similar look, so you can find the closest color in our line. It is not a claim that the products are the same, so compare physical chips on a test board before you match an existing floor. Torginol and its blend names are trademarks of their owner, and Pro Surface Supply USA is not sponsored or endorsed by Torginol.
