How pre-orders work
Pre-orders are submitted on this page. There is no account to create, no card form and nothing charged online.
- Add your boxes. Set a box count next to each blend you want, here or with Add to cart on any blend page. The total updates as you go: boxes, pounds and dollars before freight.
- Enter where it ships. Your name, email, phone and ship-to address, plus any delivery notes such as a liftgate or a job site.
- Submit. You get an order number on screen. Adam reviews the order, quotes freight and contacts you to confirm.
What does submitting a pre-order mean?
Submitting does not charge you. Adam contacts you to confirm your blends and box counts, quote freight and explain how payment will be handled.
The price, freight and payment terms for your order are settled when Adam confirms it, so keep his confirmation with your job paperwork and your order number with it.
The opening date
The grand opening is Monday, November 9, 2026. Pre-orders are open now, so you can submit your order before the doors open. Pre-orders are ready to ship November 15, 2026; Adam confirms freight with each order.
What checkout asks for
- Your name, email and phone, so Adam can reach you about the order
- The ship-to street, city, state and ZIP, which set the freight quote
- A business name, if the shipment goes to a company
- Delivery notes: a residential address, a liftgate if there is no dock or forklift, or a job site instead of your shop

How many boxes to order
Every blend is stocked in 1/4 in flake. Work out the pounds of flake the floor needs, divide by 44 and round up to whole boxes. For a full broadcast, order at the planning rate of 0.20 lb per sq ft so you do not run short. A 450 sq ft two car garage at that rate needs 90 lb, which is 3 boxes ($255 before freight).

Can I order flake in bulk for several jobs?
You can put up to 200 boxes of each blend, and up to 500 boxes in all, in one online pre-order. The published price is $85 per 44 lb box for every blend, and no volume tiers are published, so ten boxes are 440 lb of flake for $850 before freight.

One price for every blend
Every blend is $85 per 44 lb box, before freight. Color does not change the price.
That means you can price a floor before the customer picks a color. The box count sets the material cost, and switching from Checkmate to Coastline at the last minute does not change your bid.
